Tuesday, March 10 @ 1:00 pm: This month’s Senior Voices talk will be presented by Carmen Weber, Registered Dietitian with RVNAhealth. Join us for a thoughtful and practical look at how the foods we eat can support memory, focus and brain health — especially as we age. With years of experience and a down-to-earth style, Carmen will share the latest insights on nutrition and the aging brain, along with simple, everyday strategies to help keep our minds sharp and meals meaningful.
Carmen brings her passion and expertise to RVNAhealth as the agency’s Registered Dietitian. She provides personalized nutrition counseling, leads public cooking and nutrition classes and supports the clinical team in delivering whole-person care. Carmen loves working with individuals and groups of all ages and is always ready to tailor programs that meet the needs of the communities RVNAhealth serves.
Senior Voices is a free event and hybrid program co-sponsored by the Library and the Town of Ridgefield Commission on Aging. Individuals may attend in person or via Zoom. Participants are invited to enjoy light refreshments and conversation following the program.
